Six weeks old today! We cheated and took our photos last night in the cooler air. The pups are getting their running legs and were ready to go... to my lap. So not a lot of eye contact here! They are pros at mealtime and love to eat!

Eight weeks old today! Look at these cuties, they have grown into such beautiful puppies. We begin our good-byes this week. Enjoyed an early morning play on the deck playground, it is going to be a hot one today. Cooling off in the creek... of course, with the ball that the others would very much like to have!  Six weeks old today! Took a trip out to the backyard. They all pretty much had the same destination in mind... run to the mom and fast! So playing in the grass with lots of belly rubs was the adventure of the day. Five weeks old today! We enjoyed a little afternoon play outside. It's a warm one, so short and sweet. They were ready for full on exploring and weren't really interested in taking photos. So many things to investigate and those flowers look like a nice snack! Seven weeks old today! Look at these smiles! They had their first car ride, first vet visit and first vaccinations. Everyone received a clean bill of health and were perfect puppies at the clinic for Dr. D. Our afternoon adventure to the front yard. We loved the twigs, the leaves and of course the grass! Still a little dew so they all splatted right out to enjoy. Enjoying indoor play on this hot afternoon. Five weeks old and these puppies have this down! Five weeks old today! We took a morning adventure into my front yard pumpkin patch. They love the grass and ring around the log. Four weeks old today! The half way point on the farm! Today they moved into the big puppy pen. They were not ready to grow up. It took them a bit to adjust, they were not impressed with more room, toys and room to roam about. It didn't take long and a nice long nap with momma, they were set and decided this is a pretty nice place to be. They enjoyed our outdoor adventure and were ready to start exploring. Here is to many more adventures to come. I see who my problem pups are in the group photo shots... boys will be boys and girls will be girls. Toller puppies at Oak Creek Farms Six weeks old today! We enjoyed a short walk down to the bridge with a lot of nose work along the way. The puppies have caught on to the puppy food and are making happy plates now, licked clean. |
